We are going to asking about new tv connection service to om sri sai cable service kodad but they are not providing connect from past 1 week and they are not answering calls, please take us complain against this TV service.

My set up box having vc no. [protected] was change by your local distributor but i want recording facility in that box but the local distributor change with normal one and charge me rs. 800/- for that. And told me they will change the same with recording facility with free of cost. Because i already paid rs.800/- for the same. Regarding this i was complain this to dish tv customer care several times but they give me false commitment that...

Its been 3 days. My set top box is not working.
Whenever we start it. It automatically get off nd when we change the channel thn it stop working and again it get restart and this process be continued.
We call our service provider they always says that we are collecting info. About it. All similar set top box's software are damaged. Its from indore.
They neither providing info. About it nor working on it. They just neglecting...

We are paying the cahrges of set top box regularly but the operator is not providing network and solution of problems.

All the time set top box shows no signal and when we complaint about that the operator asked us to recharge the dth (Set top box), he is charging unnecesarily every month 200 to 300 rupees.
We are facing this problem from last three months.br...

Our cable operator has changed set top box many times earlier charging 2000rupees every time but now a days since 1 month they are least bothered and there is no network. It seems realy embarrasing to writing this mail for such a small concern i need to consume time on this.
Since last 2 days we are not able to use your services on d2h set up box conncetion issues, as channels are not working. When we call cc the services are so pathetic not connect instant and taken time to resolve concern still awaited and finaly ordered us to change the box which costs...

Sir, we are from nandiambakkam, thiruvallur district. Here we can pay the amount for set up box every month but the connection must be always break. All time it's show no signal contact the cable operator it can repeat every day. We contact the operator but they doesn't respond. What we do now?... Can u please take action on operator.. Or change that operator... He can't response us......

Sir from one montg the setup box cable provider taking random money from rural people like 200 per month insted of 130 rupees which is high amount taking by cheating rural people, they doing some drama like we providing that, this with rural people which is not being nice.

Dear sir, i ramesh from BBakreswar thermal power Station Township, my cable operator name BIRDARPAN cable, when i take the cable connection they gave me a Manthan HD setop box which price 3200. After few month later Manthan Service is closed due to large amount payment due, BIRDARPAN cable operator take my HD setop box and give a normal STB of Gtpl cable, but 3 month already running they will not give HD STB, when i call for HD STB they tell...

We are asking our cable operator for STB. but till date he saying that they have so many times for giving us STB. they still broadcasting analog signal. Videocon call center members are just ignoring the problem that my set top box is not working since 7/9/16 and there is no response by the company side for its customers facing problem. Unsatisfied service provided by the customers service agents and by there group leaders too. They r cutting the charges for the days not used. They service center is unable to satisfy his customers.
Hope you shall do the needful....

My name is pradeep sharma h n 656/22 street no -09 shivaji park we have set the set up box by yadav kebal operator agiency mob no[protected] in jan -2016 and paid monthly 150 rs for one year after 1 year amount will we increase but in june month they have charge 300 rs per month
Please look in to the matter on priority basis and they have not refund the setup box amount

I have got digital cable connection by fastway connection and it is the worst cable service,government sad that having digital connection is mandatory but what about the complain .I have registered complain about the box improper function and star cricket,espn, starsports and pogo is not working on digital box, I have complained about it both local cable operator and fastway operator....
