Set Top Box — unnecessary charges of set top box cable provider

Hi,

I am from delhi, chander vihar,
We are paying the cahrges of set top box regularly but the operator is not providing network and solution of problems.

All the time set top box shows no signal and when we complaint about that the operator asked us to recharge the dth (Set top box), he is charging unnecesarily every month 200 to 300 rupees.
We are facing this problem from last three months.
Today i am writting this complaint because we had recharged our set top box 10 days back and there is no signal from last 2 days, we had complaint about the same but today he is saying that your recharge is over, you have to recharge with 250 rupees to continue the subscription.
