It has been a horrible day talking to the team at Settl.
I have been on more than 50 calls today just with the Settl team.
I stood outside the property for more than an hour in the morning when today was supposed to be the day I move in, and I haven’t received the room as of night.
I was communicated the move out charges as 3500, and the sublease agreement that I have been sent mentions a charge of 7000. I communicated this with the team, and the manager’s (Yashwant) phone is switched off, Swaraj has stopped answering my call and Prasanth just goes says he’ll communicate with the sales team, but nothing happens.
I have been told multiple stories from the tenants about the previous tenants still not getting their money deposit back.
I want refund of the 10k I paid on a false promise and being deceived after being told that there will be extra charges.
I explicitly confirmed prior to my booking about the charges, and now no one is reaching out/picking up my calls. Was this information helpful? |
