Have stayed in Setll, room in malleshwaram, 'Club Vieux by hyphen" for a timespan of 6 months, after vacating the room, thy assured the refund within one month, but i still have not received any intimation and information from their side. Hence KINDLY look into it, as while i was their, it was a horrific stay, every two days in a week, the lights would go off, the water would not be there, the key to the room and the inductions were not working...

It has been a horrible day talking to the team at Settl.
I have been on more than 50 calls today just with the Settl team.
I stood outside the property for more than an hour in the morning when today was supposed to be the day I move in, and I haven’t received the room as of night.
I was communicated the move out charges as 3500, and the sublease agreement that I have been sent mentions a charge of 7000. I communicated...
