Dear sir namaskar
My father had purchased office space at beta tower FF 120 in year 2008, Area 1042sqft .We are paying 7000 Rs /month maintenance charges regularly .
From last two years in rainy season from balcony side huge seepage has come inside on wall in our space and broken wall on upper side of balcony . All paint of the wall affected and every year i spent lot of money to maintain the area.
From last two month I have complaint many times to Mr Gaurav Gupta (director)
For maintenance of FF120 but still not any action taken .If that Area has not repair on time then there may be fase big tragedy on any day
SG Estates customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    We have purchased a flat at S G homes. The fittings of the flat are so substandard that they will come out within 2 days. And whenever you call them for the replacement, they take two weeks atleast to replace the thing. The water was continuously flowing for two weeks as the tap was broken. Similarly the carpenter was not there to repair the door as is not getting locked since first day. Whenever you call the maintenance office they just say that service person is not available. Even the builder doesnot care about the service to the customer. They are just targeting to sell the flat. Since one month, they have not resolved the issues of painter, carpenter, and plumber. And at the end they say that u purchase ur own replacement and we will send a guy to install it. Security is too bad that there are two cases of Burlgary within an year. only four security cameras in entire society are working. overall it is just a waste of money.

      Hi, we live in Indigo SG Impressions 58, phase-2, Rajnagar Extension. I and my family are very happy with such beautiful and convenient home. Every amenity I dreamt of is available in Indigo SG Impressions 58.
      I have purchased, a flat in SG Impression Rajnagar Extension, and last year, I have got the possession, and it's been more than a year, I am staying with my family here, and it really it's a nice experience in this society, and never had any complaint.

      Highly recommends to my friends and family.

        My Husband and I just bought our first home with SG Estate and the service was just awesome. From beginning to end, SG Estate did everything possible to help us get the house of our dreams. They are professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We made multiple offers on different types of properties before finding the right house for us. SG Estate always stuck by us and gave us the benefit of his expertise and knowledge. We were always made to feel that our happiness was the most important thing to SG Estate, and I really believe that's true. We now own the house of our dreams and I would use SG Estate again in a heartbeat, and I will certainly be recommending them to all of my friends. Thank You SG Estate
        Our recent experience with a home purchase with SG Estate was simply superb.
        It was our first home and we had already decided on the location and house and decided to work with SG Estate to help us through the pricing and negotiations.
        SG Estate was extremely responsive, provided us with excellent assistance through not only with the home purchase but pointers on mortgage, minor repairs found from inspection etc. He was a pleasure to work with, closed the deal very quickly with in the time frame we wanted and made our home buying experience absolutely pain free ! Their service is par excellent and you get a nice rebate back in your hand!
        We would strongly recommend SG Estate team services to anyone who may be looking to buy their home. You would definitely want to meet with them once at least to know it for yourself!
        We started our home search and were bracing for a long, competitive and stressful process. To our surprise, we closed on a SG Estate home at an extremely competitive price point. Simply put, SG Estate made this happen.
        At the start of the process, SG spent 1.5 hours with us covering the buying process and current market trends and helped us organize our 'wish list' checklist. As first time home buyers, the time SG Estate spent with us helped us feel at ease with such a complex process.
        SG Estate is extremely prompt with responding to our questions via text, email, and phone and is on top of scheduling viewings as soon as possible.
        I was tensed before buying a new home for me and my family. I have a big family, so I was looking for a home that is spacious and is secure. Also, it was important that my kids get enough space to play. Before buying a home from them I did some research and met the actual residents of the society but SG Estate was perfect for me. The home quality and planning are the best one can find for the cost that SG Estate is offering.
        I have to work from home sometimes, 100% power back-up and good internet connectivity, with 70% open space and landscaped gardens, there is greenery and enough open space for kids to play and interact with each other. Allows me the choice to work from home.
        Thank you SG Estates.
        SG Estate is a good builder. I get the pocession of my 3bhk flat few month back in sg homes and it has all good quality facilities that I ​wanted for my​self and my family​. Although I believe it’s really a true value for my money .I am very happy with the construction and the price.

          We are residents of S.G. Impressions-58, Raj Nagar Extn, Ghaziabad.

          There is no sewage system in the society & drain sewage water in front of the society.
          by this many disease has been come like malaria dengue etc.
          We inform to Maintenance manager & also inform to Gaurav gupta (MD of SG Estates) about it but no action taken place till date.

          There are around 180 families living in the society.
          The builder is least bothered about it.

          I request the Nagar Nigam authorities to visit the place and see the unhygienic condition in which the peoples are living.

          I again request the authorities to take necessary actions and prevent the spread of dengue and other such things in our society.

          Reference your comment please note that all the sewage system has been properly laid out in the society but the outer sewerage line of the government and the treatment plant is under development which is UNDER the scope of GDA.
          Company has deposited all the charges to the government for external development and is responsible for internal development which is complete.
          Company from its side is taking all the required steps to ensure the peaceful and happy living of the customers.
          To correct the facts there are Rround 80 families living and not 180.
          There can be no society with out the sewerage system.
          In case of any further problem you may meet Mr. Mp Sharma, vp maintenance.

          DEAR ALL NEW BUYERS PLZ LOOK AT THIS PROPERLY BEFORE BUYING HOME WITH SG ESTATES ... BECAUSE ITS A ONE OF THEM VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS BUILDER. DUE TO THIS PROBLEM WATER BACK OR CHOCKED IN PIPES & THEN ITS REFLECT WITH SIPAGE IN FLATS..
          Whatever is written is totally correct . The sewer water is dumped at the backside of the society and the locality has become a garbage dumping area .Families are facing problem due to this activity of the builder and above all he is not ashamed of doing this and selling flats to other people and making them fool .

          Mr.Gaurav Gupta should be asked to come and stay there along with his employees .
          Buyers have to review SG Estate construction before they buy from them. I have purchased Flat in SG Impression and found that Flat was handedover in Pathetic condition. All wooden work in doors an kitchen shelfs have come out in only 1 year of time. There are cracks in all walls all around the flat. The quality of contruction is SO BAD that i cannot describe. it's Pathatic. ... No has control on them. I had very bad experience with SG Estates. These builders should be banned immediately who play with life of customers.

          I do not live there so do not know anyone who is really living and facing this issues. It would be great if i can get contact details of building management people.

            I booked a flat on 31st of May'11 in IVORY flat no.301 with a token amount of Rs.21000 and already communicated to Puneet & Ajeet about the payment terms .I applied home loan thru the guy who sent by your Puneet and Ajeet.
            I have a covering letter for your application ,In the mean time around 10th or 11th of June Puneet called me up and told me to give the rest amount then i said we will give you the rest amount after the
            confirmation from the bank (which was agreed at the time of taking the application form and Cheque).Day before when bank guy told me that your loan is final stage pls contact to builder for agreement.
            I asked him to send me Puneet number and after some time Puneet called me up and told me that price has been revised so you need to pay according to revised price.

            I said how come you can change the rule suddenly .I met them yesterday at RajNagar Ext .he told me very clearly that we can't give you the same rate ,now you need to pay more .

            I told them very clearly now you people want to cheat me ...I will not be interested for revised rate and after a long debate they returned my paper .

            I am feeling cheated by your team -I dont know whether they are your employee or not but they are fooling the customer and corrupting the name of SG Estates in market.

            I will not suggest to anybody to buy a home or any property from SG Estates.

            Finally i quit and decided not to take from SG and will not suggest to anybody to go with SG Estates.
            I spoke to the company person but he said they are not our employee and can't help in this matter.

            I'm really ​very ​happy by the feature of apartment constructed by SG Estate. All the flats whether it is 1/2/3 BHK holds good basic facilities. The overall service of SG Estate is best. Thank You.

              Sir,
              I booked a flat No. 1012 (area 1060 sq.ft) (10th floor) in “Impression 58” apartment located at Raj Nagar Extension, NH-58 with M/s SG Estates Ltd., 105-106, Deepshikha Tower, Rajendera Place, New Delhi-110008. The 95% of the payment have also been made (with around 80% loan from HDFC Bank). As per the lay out plan shown to me and builder buyer agreement, apart from the other accommodations, the flat has three balconies (one each with bedrooms and drawing room).
              2. I opted for this specific flat and incurred the additional expenses in the form of PLC @ 50/- sq. ft. amounting to Rs. 53000/-, because of the spacious front open balcony leading to well ventilated front bedroom and keeping in view the resale/rental value in future.
              3. On 10.4.2011, when I went to see the progress of my flat I was shocked to see that 90% of my front balcony (attached with the front bedroom) has been covered with the front elevation (without my knowledge and consent). As a result my balcony has been transformed into a box, spoiling the entire ventilation of the flat. Not only this, the entry of sunlight and the front view has been totally blocked. This has made my flat worst, depreciating the resale and the rental value. Though a small opening has been provided to compensate it, but it cannot equate the benefits of the open balcony.
              4. However, the buyers of the similar flats (below my flat) have got an open and well ventilated balcony. I would like to know that despite paying the same additional amount, as paid by the buyers of the similar flat, why this torturous construction has been done along with my flat.
              5. It may also be mentioned that at the time booking, I was not intimated and cautioned of any such construction by the S.G. Impression, that would block the balcony of my flat. The same was shown to us as an open balcony in the lay out. I considered it to be a plus point for the flat, as it was a road facing balcony with the front view. Had I been intimated at the time of booking that the front balcony would be blocked because of any such construction (front elevation), I would have never ever booked this flat. This has really shaken my faith and credibility in SG Estate.
              6. Kindly suggest me what to do in this matter.

                Want to complain about the wrong commitment given by SG Estates even after taking all the money related to the flat booked .

                1.First of all they e sent the Possesion Letter almost 1.5 years
                late then what was promised at the time of booking .

                2.When I reached at the site to see the project I found that only
                the last block has been completed and still almost 75 % development
                is still pending to be completed whereas they have taken all the
                charges for EEC & EDC in year 2008 .

                No Swimming Pool ,No External Development of parks ,parking space,
                paint at the outer walls ,no tiles at the outer area .

                  I suggest that one should visit the society already developed by the builder before booking a flat with the builder.

                  As I am investor, I also visited the SG Impression and found the society in pathetic condition. It is India Government otherwise builder like SG Estates should be behind bars.

                  Hi, I am Praveen, the sales manager of the company, I was asked to sell the apartments that the same will be luxurious flats and accordingly I did. However, the owner, Gaurav Gupta instructed its execution team to save the money on construction and built the low quality flats.

                  Now people question me on the promises made my me on the same and show me the broucher shown to them at the time of same.

                  I have no answer to them due to these cheat promoters.

                  Beware of this builder. I am feeling bad from my heart.

                  Not only concern about the quality, there is no work at all for Gym / Club even after one year of possession.
                  i am one of the residents. i am satisfied with the services and the company has used good materials. Swimming pool is ready, park ready and gym is underway.
                  i have full financial faith on SG Estates Ltd.
                  The above comments posted by ID Complaints12345 indicate more of personal anonymity with Gaurav Gupta than any thing else. If the above person is so much annoyed with the project why doesnt he reveal his identity and come in the monthly meeting organised at site office where Gaurav Gupta himeself is present on regular basis. The property is appreciating more than the market.
                  Both Mr. Praveen (Mobile no. [protected]) and Mr. Rajendra (Mobile no. [protected]) has completely denied the above said comments posted with their name.
                  SG Estates is highly cooperative and even undertaking the works which are outside their scope. i am witness to this all since i am of the residents and a well wisher of all genuine players.

                  All is bull i was an employee of sg estates ltd praveen and me were together, that arsehole didnt even gave me my salary. the flats which are of 1410 sqft un ke chaat gir gaye the while the building was under construction all credit goes to mama ji (Mr Garg) and to Mr G.G.
                  this company only making money and nothing else, jitne salary bolte hai employee ko utne dete he nahi hai, bas khaa loo employee and customer ko,

                  Hi, we live in 3 BHK apartment of SG Impression Plus, Rajnagar Extension. Must say it is a dream home for me. Everything is so convenient and close by.
                  Having home in SG Impressions, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is like dream come true. I always wanted to have peaceful surroundings, convenience to school, shopping mall and nearby areas. Everything is possible now.
                  Ek number k chor hai saale SG estates wale...Kamine panti ki hadd paar kar chuke hai...
                  Original Agreement mera 2012 ka hai..2016 mein apni wife ka naam add kraya...Aur ab jab itne 5 saal baad possession de rhe hai..to penalty ni de rhe...Bol rhe hai apna agreement 2016 se hua hai..to 2012 se mein apni aisi taisi kr wa rha hu apka Flat leke..
                  As far as we know, the company is good. We had approached for a corporate deal after doing all our due dilligence. The process was smooth and our people were happy. The houses are now given for possessions at SG Grand.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Some Are the Highly Important Issues to be raised so that Govt Officials can take action but our UP Govt. are still sleeping and not taken any action against the Builder. As it is now very difficult for the general Public / Resident to share with people abot the place where we stay lke well develop Vasundra Gaziabad.

                    Request you to take action against Builder for proper working as per GDA approved Guidlines and Timely handover to Completion certificate to all resident after taken approval from all agencies like M. C. Dept., Water, Electricity, Lifts, Fire, Security and Sefety Services.

                    Some are higly improtant Issues are as follow:

                    1. Water treatment plant he has provided local Plant not as per standard as builder is using two type of water mixing Boring+ ganga Water.
                    2. Building material is very low quality. Water proofing is very bad in maximun houses wall getting again and again seelan/Water patches. he just paint the wall and said ok but sealen comes again again.
                    3. Electrical points : Very poor Quality as On-Off Switches is no use. that function is only for one month after that its direct supply in all 6Amps Socket.
                    4. Swimming Pool: Swimming Pool Constructed but person cant learn the swinmming as there is no provision for learning or holding the wall from any side. Just person Jump from any side and Water is not proper clean.
                    5. Swimming pool Water cleaning/ Filtering plant: Swimming Pool is four side Open and as soon as wing/ air comes total water is full of sand. No Protection is provided.
                    6. Water Pump: There is two Motors for Water pumped to top of the building Tank for each block. but for Maintainence porpose there is no spare Pump/Motor. as well as motor is installed inside the Water Tank. if any pronlem comes Maintainace staff has to drain all the store water rectifiy the Motor then fill again the Storage Tank. So how much water he is wasting at a time. So request you to send some water departement to take action and see proper function of water supply. No Mixing etc.
                    7. As per the commitment he has to give total green area inside and surrounding but leave inside he just ignoring the outside joing wall area.
                    But as per GDA he has to develop the surrounding. MCD to take action against builder for the same.
                    8. Watse water drainage: No proper drainage system.
                    9. Club with billiards room, Cards room, Health club, Community hall of approx 2000 sqft with proper ventilation and passages for Entries & Exits.: Still he has not taken appropiate action for club etc
                    10.Builder is so clever as per UP there is no change in Desiel Prices and without intimating to any resident he just place a Notice for increase of Backup charges, Sir Surrounding area Scoiety there is 8.50 to 10 Rs back up charges and he is charges 12 Rs per Unit. without any communication and place a notice in change in price as diseil prises increase By order Sky View.

                    11.Power cables Lacing and Dressing : In all floors where main DB is installed there is no proper lacing, labels and legends. if anyone open the DB he gets Shot or any shotcurcuit may hapen. Request Electicity Board to inspect the Same.
                    12. Txfmers/ Connection : No One from Electricity side inspect. and there is in night light/Spraking can be seen in the cable connection.


                    Dear Sir these are some small but deageous issues dont wait for any mis happening .

                    Dear Sir

                    The possesion of appartments in SG impressions society has been given to around 90 residents but now buider is not paying much attention to complete the left over work in the society. There have been many meetings in this regard & Gaurav Gupta(MD of SG Estates) was also called but now we are not getting positive response from the management.
                    The security in the society is not up to the mark & infact few basic things like Fire Fighting, Electrical Standards are still not as per standards gorvement aproved. Though residents like us have put in hard earned money in these flats but now things are not improving.
                    It seems that builder is now interested in his new projects only & the one which has been sold out is not of his intrest.

                    We Request you to take action against the builder to improve the atleast gorvement standards. He is not ready to show gorvement certification for fire, lifts, building earthing etc etc.

                    Also he is now doing some commercial activity in the scoiety which is not shown in the broucher when we booked the house.

                    We are also writing this so that anyone who invests their had earned money in some other project of SG Estates gets an input on their goodwill because I am one of the residents.
                    No proper Sewage System and Smelling water for cooking and drinking

                    2. There is no water treatment plant in the society. The water which is supplied in the appartments not only in bathrooms but also for cooking gives a stink smell many a times. The simple reason for this is that water is stored for days/months which is not cleaned & is supplied. There is a single big tank which supplies water to appartemnts but the irony is this that water is not cleaned. Though we have paid a good amount of hard earned money for water plant also but it has not been done till now. Though management has confirmed many times that this will be done but all promises in vain.
                    request you to take some action by sending Water works supply for check is that water is safe to use for civilans or not.
                    3. Building expansion joint closing: its seems that they are not doing with proper safety measures. just placinig the iron sheet to cover the joint with low quality amcour fashners with no proper fitting. just to complete the work call some shop fitter to complete the work. please do some inspection for checking.


                    To add further, we have been paying good amount of maintainence charges but the quality of work is falling day by day.

                    The security persons in the society have been redued.
                    The speed of work has been slowed down since labour has been reduced.

                    I am sorry to say but with this kind of work, goodwill becomes zero.....

Builder never will charge this amount & many peoples individualy fight with builder for the same. & win... PLZ FIGHT AAL IN MAJORITY for the same.                         Incomplete Work after possesion and no reply from builder after numerous riminders from resident

                        The possesion of appartments in SG impressions society has been given to around 90 residents but now buider is not paying much attention to complete the left over work in the society.                           It seems that builder is now interested in his new projects only & the one which has been sold out is not of his intrest.
                          We are writing this so that anyone who invests their had earned money in some other project of SG Estates gets an input on their goodwill because I am one of the residents.

                          Minutes of the meeting held on 27th Dec., 2009

                          Between Residents of SG’s Impressions and Management of SG Estates (SGIMGMT) and Ski view Hotel limited in Room No 101, Impression Apartment Sector 4B, Vashundara Ghaziabad

                          The following points were discussed in the meeting

                          1. Maintenance Charges: -
                          As emphasized in our previous letters, residents insisted that maintenance charges will be applicable only when everything is in place in terms of sale deed as well as completing the pending works. This matter was discussed in length and concluded that
                          i. All the pending works will be completed by 15th April, 2010 as assured by SGIMGMT and full maintenance charges @Rs1.65 sqft will start after words (Sub to completion of pending works)
                          ii. Current rate of maintenance charges will Rs 0.90/sqft (including service tax of Rs 0.15 from 1st Dec 2009 till the work is completed in totality as per sale deed contract.
                          iii. The maintenance charges has been agreed by the residents for month of November 2009 for the purpose of recovering the part cost of the water softener plant for treating ground water to make it potable for domestic purpose.

                          List of Pending works
                          • Complete covered swimming pool with changing and toilets for genders, filtration plant, balancing tank and life safety measures installed and fully operational in terms of best industry standards.
                          • Club with billiards room, cards room, health club (dry and wet area), gymnasium in adequate size for 120 flats with lockers and change rooms, circulation space and complete in every aspect to run it hassle free operation.
                          • Community hall of approx 2000 sqft with toilets for both genders, pantry and with complete HVAC, Elect fixtures and other services with a special care for Fire escape route and natural light and ventilation.
                          • Complete the three tier security arrangement i.e. Intercom and CCTV etc.
                          • 2nd operational DG set
                          • Complete water filtration and softening plant(Part cost of the same is to be taken from the maintenance charges of the month of November 2009-as decided and mutually agreed in the meeting)

                          2. Electrical Issues:
                          The following points were discussed and mutually agreed
                          i. Fix charges on the power back-up will not be applicable and shall be withdrawn with effect from 1st Jan 2010 based on actual consumption to be chargeable @ Rs. 10 per unit.
                          ii. To remove the fix charges, recalibration of electrical meter is required as informed in the meeting by SG Impression management. The schedule time for recalibration of meter was agreed on 10th Jan 2010, though this action has been delayed. Therefore the amount taken on this account should be refunded back to resident electricity account.
                          iii. It was agreed that the rate applicable for normal electricity consumption (other than power back up) shall be applicable as per prevailing UPSEB Norms. This aspect may be considered while recalibrating the Electrical Meter.
                          iv. Regarding the installation of second DG set SGIMGMT will revert back, as the location of the present DG is causing problem to the residents having flats on that side with its exhaust smoke and noise, it was assured that best practices of industry will be followed while executing the requirement.
                          v. It has been agreed in the meeting that Power Transformer will be appropriately fenced for safety of the residents.
                          vi. It has been observed that most power cables are lying on the floor haphazardly which needs to be dressed either into underground trench or on the boundary wall to avoid the accident

                          3. Other issues
                          • Residents were unanimously firmed and reiterated that boundary wall height with wire fence is essential requirement for security of residents and it must be provided, however SGIMGMT agreed to decide after obtaining the estimated cost and same need to be discuss in the next meeting.

                          • It was ensured by the SGIMGMT that the marking of the parking lots will be done by the 31st December 2009 and inform to resident accordingly.

                          • Residents desired that the gate no.2 (back ward) is to be installed with new one, in view of the difficulty shown by SGIMGMT residents agreed to have a modified / beautified/ strengthened new gate.

                          • It was decided that where all the mid-landing in the staircase is not as per the standard width, the level of the adjoining parapet need to be increased with Mild Steel (MS) pipes.

                          • Residents demanded that in the flat no. of the series ending with 07 and 09 the balcony adjoining to the staircase is not fully secure as is provide complete scope to person from staircase to enter in the balcony and vice versa, Same kind of problem as stated above is can also observed in flat no. ending with no. 05 and 08 that there is no physical barriers between the flat at same level. SGIMGMT assured to take fulfilling action on both the above.

                          • SGIMGMT will submit the copy of fire NOC and will arrange fire drill program to make residents aware of all fire safety provisions/ installation and to have basic training to be followed at the time of any emergency.

                          • SGIMGMT noted that they forgot to provide the lightening arrester on the top of the building and agreed to provide the same at all required location by 15th April ’2010.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to clamp the plumbing pipes, cables, and other services in the shaft, also it was agreed upon that the all the required shafts will have door shutters and those not needed will be closed with the brickwork, plastered and painted complete similarly the area in front of lift also need dressing up , being the entry point. .

                          • Residents conveyed their unhappiness regarding the quality of the structure / construction as nobody can prove this as A class construction, but the most disturbing issue is of water seepage observed in the columns and beam and astonishingly in every toilet of each flat whether its adjoining wall or the ceiling of the toilet, SGIMGMT has agreed to do a complete survey of each flat including the vacant flats and rectify the problem from the base it is also assured that all defects shall be attended as per the best practices/standard to the full satisfaction of the flat owner. Repainting of the affected area is also included in this. Survey need to be completed by 10th Jan 2010 and rectification of all the above problems to start in Jan’10.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to fill up the expansion joints with appropriate material and not just over the gap with a rusted metal piece, as in some of the flats its causing seepage due to the muck filled in the expansion joints.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to revert back and rectify the problem of leakage of current due to improper earthing and electrical wiring and also ensure the three phase supply in all the flats.

                          • Mr. Garg, Director SGIMGMT has agreed to revert back with in two days with relevant information about covering of the balcony with aluminum partitions.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to check and provide the fan point in the balconies having an adjoining pergola.

                          • Residents are also very unhappy with the poor architectural detailing of the SGIMGMT by providing pergola’s in such a fashion that they are breaching in the privacy of the residents on 2 consecutive floors and will also become the subject of quarrel as any thing going on the pergola above will surely disturb the fellow below. It was suggested to the SGMGMT to do proper detailing in their forthcoming projects to avoid such embarrassments and to utilize the money in fruitful things which will result in benefit of residents.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to provide the 15 amp socket on kitchen counter to run the kitchen appliances; same will be completed by 30th Jan’2010.

                          • SGIMGMT agreed to the complete the hardware on the doors and windows such as bottom bolt and door seal where the gap is not acceptable. Residents also conveyed their unhappiness regarding the poor quality of the material being used in the same.

                          • Residents conveyed their apprehensions about the area constructed by the SGIMGMT vs area sold to the buyer (super area) and desired to know the actual measurement of each flat sold by the SGIMGMT and its linkage with super area for which payment is being charged. This issue is o[censored]tmost important and has serious impact on the finance and thus need to be addressed immediately. . This matter is open and to be resolved by SGIMGMT amicably.

                          • It has been agreed in the meeting by SGIMGMT for development of surrounding area outside of the boundary wall.

                          • Residents were surprised to see the construction being carried out in the setback area and desired to know the reason for the same, SGIMGMT informed that area is being developed for commercial sell out having two numbers of convenience store.

                          • Residents totally disagreed for any such development in the premises of the society as it was neither mentioned in the marketing brochure nor in the registry. Any barricading in the set back is also not permissible as per UAVP bye laws as it hinders in the free movement of fire tender as well as vehicular traffic with in the society and also amount to encroachment in an open area from the approved plan/layout of the project.

                          The list of all the present members from both sides is attached separately. At the outset residents conveyed thanks for the meeting and look forward to have more such interactions with SGIMGMT to make Impressions a mile stone project for people living in it as well as to the people who made it.

                          Gaurav gupta 1 — NO Power and Night Poewr Cut

                          Dear Sir,

                          This in regards to subject mentioned above. We are staying in Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad which is well connected to delhi and seems to be a posh colony of ghaziabad. Firstly there is no power in night and if it is there you dont have voltage to run even a fan and light.

                          During summer it is very difficult to sleep in the night without a power or in low voltage. We have been complaining same to the Electricity Deptt but nothing has happend till now.

                          I would request if you could take this matter and solve problem of electricity. If even you cant help us then i think we have no choice rather to send this complaint to govt with the help of Media

                          Thanks man, good start...you need more help on this one. And I mean it more help = more and more people talking on this issue jointly. This issue is there in entire area, I am in USA, my home is there in Sahibabad, while I was looking for the home back in 2001, each and every builder promised that this is just a phase and thing will be ok within a year or so, but even today, no solution has been provided to this area. 8-10 hours cut, no fixed time, no fixed duration - I don't understand how those people (elec dept) work there, no moral, no values at all. I understand there is less supply and more n more consumption plus illegal usage - BUT - they can at least set a time frame for the outage, make it public and follow the same. But till date I haven't seen any such step.

                          Thanks for bringing it up here but I think you need more voices and multiple forums.

                          I am also one of the resident of the society (SG Impression, Vasundhara). While buying a lot of promise was done by the sales manager of the company, However, all fake.

                          I strongly recommend any body who is looking to buy a flat not to believe on the false promises of SG States Limited. It is evident that society was to be completed before June 2009 and the work is still going and nobody knows when it will be completed. Even the front gate is not painted.

                          Beware of SG States Limited.

                          I visited SG Impression for buying a new flat and later Ajnara. However, I found that the quality of Ajnara is far superior than SG impression. I booked a flat in Ajnara, pride and feel happy as my friend is living in SG impression where most of the flats are full seepage. I noticed it while vising him on weakend.

                          I think government should ban these kind of builders from undertaking any project and play with hard earned money of people.
                          I am also one of the resident of SG Impression, Vasundhara. Mr Praveen who is one of the marketing executives who sold the flat to me made lots of promises. But most of them even now remains as promises only. The builders have installed second hand DG Sets and other instruments and in the hot summer when the temperature is above 42 degrees for hours together there is no power back up. There is power fluctuation also and becuase of that most of the electronic equipments are getting damaged. THESE ARE ONLY SOME OF THE PROBLEMS.SO CAUTION PROSPECTIVE BUYERS DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM SG ESTATES LTD. THEY ARE CHEATS. YES I AGREE THAT GOVERNMENT SHOULD BAN THESE TYPES OF FRAUDULENT BUILDERS
                          I also agree with the problems given above. I am also one of the unfortuanate resident of SG Impression. Mr Praveen is the guy who sold flat to me also. None of the promises are kept. Mr. Guarav Gupta (MD) is the CHEAT NO 1. He is not even interested in fullfilling the promises. He is also not interested in providing quality services to the unfortunate buyers. I also agree that on 16 April whole night there was no power back up. When enquired the staff told us that all the equipments are second hand. Yes, I also completely agree that this SG Estates are Frauds and Cheats. So I also advice the prospective buyers not to buy any apartment from SG Estates. Now they are bulding few more in Rajnagar and NH 58.

                          Gaurav Gupta is a fraud no. 1 and his marketing and office team are parasites, no one should even think of going with this inferior, low class and disgusting builder, they have charged so much for a like this, they should go and see the way construction takes place in other projets, Gaurav Gupta has only been interested in minting in money from ony one project, he didnt realise that how people will react to his shallow ways of doing business, I am 100% sure that a person after reading this will not even think twice before ignoring their projects.

                          recently once scheme of the government authority has come and they are also charging for the open as well as the covered car parking. in this case how can we ask for free parking when the entire builder community is charging for parking.
                          for construction, i have visited the site and it is to my satisfaction. all the branded stuff is used and it is coming quiet well
