Shadi.com — Account deleted, refund not issued

Dear sir,

I have requested for refund in www.shadi.com website dated-17/05/2017 because i wrongly done payment and they confirm me that they will provide 80% of refund amount as per there refund policy.
Now it is almost one month gone and i have not received refund till yet. I do mail them everyday for the refund status but no respose from there end. Also they have deleted by account on shaadi.com and stopped replying to my mails.

Please find the ticket number and help me.
