Account Deactivation

I have been using this service since 2024 and i choose to pay accordingly. I kept getting phone calls to pay between £800 to £1000 for them to find me matches. I said i cannot pay that much as it is hard earned money and it is too expensive. The person was shouting so loud that why are you not paying. They try to gain your trust and emotionally pull you.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had taken shadi.com membership on 30.01.23 and payment was done to Shadi.com Mumbai by ICICI bank Credit Card (Last Four digit 4008) through People Interactive Pvt Ltd but on that time by clerical mistake Standing Introductions Selected.

I took the 3 months membership thinking shaadi.com is a genuine website and will help me finding the match, but, when i started using it, every person i used to contact was not genuine on this application. I paid my hard earned money to find my life partner. We've created my sister's profile and also took a premium membership but they deactivated that profile without any reason. I connect to their customer adviser who asked for the government I'd proof and that too via whatsapp. I don't find it sensible in any way to share such sensitive documents to someone who is not even ready to confirm their validation and authenticity. It is totally irresponsible on the part of shaadi team...

Deactivation of my account without reason

I created my account just 10 days back and suddenly they put my profile temporarily on hold for validation asking for an Id proof. For which i uploaded my pan card.
It still did not reactivate and then i tried contacting their help desk which they dont have.
No one answers the contact numbers mentioned which i tried calling endlessly.
Then i receive a mail asking for my passport, DL, education certificate, marital status...

I would like to direct everyone's towards the fake profiles shaadi.com features, there are more than 70% fake profiles, i can extract an entire long list of atleast 100 fake people as per my partner preferences who deliberatley send me request and use friendly advances, take my phone number and disturb my modesty over the same.
