Shadow Fax — Delivery person not delivering at the mentioned address

I have purchased a product weighing 7.2 kg from Flipkart . Which arrived at the destination on 10 August and since then I am in regular follow up with shadow fax logistics for door delivery but the manager here is demanding money for delivery or else asking me to cancel the order as shadow fax doesn't own a 4 wheeler for delivery of 7.2 kg package.
