Complaint marked as Resolved I have been facing delivery issues with Shadowfax for my Meesho orders. My actual delivery address is near Gate 2 of my university on Sardar Patel Road, but the delivery agents insist I collect my orders from Gate 3, which is 1.3 km away. Due to this, several orders have been automatically canceled. Other platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and JioMart deliver products to my doorstep without any issues. Whenever I contact the delivery person, they disconnect the call or cancel the order. Additionally, I have one product for exchange and another for return, which have not been picked up for almost a month. The agents claim Gate 2 is outside their delivery zone, despite being assigned to my area. They have even asked me to take a bicycle and collect my order during college hours, which is highly inconvenient. Please look into this matter and provide a resolution.
