Shadowfox — Item lost during shipment

I have not received my product.
When checked the latest status it is showing shipment lost.It's been 22days the delivery date was showing +1 day everyday.
Even after reaching out to executive my issue haven't resolved.

Please look into this issue and deliver the product or please initiate the refund.
