I bought an iphone from Shah Ji Communication contact details:[protected]location H-24, Back Lane, Main Market, Block H, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110027). The shop keeper told me specifically about a cashback scheme on my hdfc card i.e. Rs.5000/- and the sme will be credited to my credit card between 3 -4 months, so I used my HDFC credit card ad bought the phone. the Shopkeeper cheated me by not issuing a bill on the same day i.e. 12/06/21 at 7:00 pm. I had made the payment to him via hdfc Credit card and opened the phone but the shop keeper did not issue a bill. I asked him for the same but he said that he will give me the bill on the next day. I asked him to take the phone back but he requested to keeo the phone and as such bill is not a big deal;it will be given to me tomorrow. I am till date running behind the crooked Shopkeeper who is not ready to give me the cash back availed wherein it was his duty to initiate the cashback scheme availed but he is not taking the responsibility. Such shops should be highlighted and should be boycotted for mentally harassing clients.
