This complained is for Shah Ji Communication Rajouri Garden- H-24, Main Market, Rajouri Garden (Back Lane), Rajouri Garden, Block H, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110027 Phone:[protected] I had gone to him with my apple phone problem as the battery was dropping.He without checking my phone replaced my battery saying the battery is swelled and he said he is providing me with an orignal apple battery with bill(bill was never given to me). After that Tthe problem started as my phone stopped working completely.After regular follow up with him I asked him to give my original battery back to me.After 2 days of follow up he placing the original battery in my phone (I agin asked him is this my battery the orignal one he said yes)the phone started working but the display screen had a strong yellow line I asked him what is this he said this is nothing it will get ok itself.I took my phone to the apple store they told me that he has exchanged my original battery with a fake battery and he has spoiled my display screen which is non repairable they said they will charge me 20000/- for the replace of the phone.When i called up Shah Ji Communication he said Yes I had replaced your battery and u dont have any proof that you came to me and do what ever u want to do nothing can be done for this.Please help me with this fraud shop.I kept asking him for the bill and he kept delaying it and in the end he said I have given you your battery and money why u want the bill.I am myself a media employee.
