Sir mai ek phone order kiya tha jiska price 10500 tha olx pe 18/07/19 ko wo phone mujhe 23/07/19 ko deliver kiya gaya mai money bhi pay kar diya but, phone mai jo order kiya tha vivo v15 pro... Wo product mere paas nahi aaya tha uska clone copy mere ko deliver kiya gaya.. Jab mai call lagaya company ke owner (Zoheb shaikh) ko replacement/refund ke liye to wo seedha bolta hai na product hum replace karenge na money refund karenge.. Sir please help me...
