We got admitted our relative in the morning on 16th may 2019 and from the morning the service that your staff gives is pathetic. Quality manager mr somnath don't know what the quality means in terms of cleanliness and quality of services. We hope that shelby ltd do have enough money to run aircons and tubelights to run for entire day. When we complain half of the staff is busy on their personal mobile phones with their family & friends. Toilets sucks, cleanliness terrible, staff illiterate, etc there are lot more things to be complained. We don't pay this much high money for this kind of services. We don't want to go with medical council of india or health ministry. We expect strict actions will be taken for the same

Indore shalbhy hospital...Three lifts are not operational.only one lift is working.which is always used for emergency. People are clibing from basement to 9 th floor.
