Shalby Hospitals — Neglected post-op care

My mother in law and her sister had a knee replacement operation by the Dr. N. Shah at the shalby hospital, Ahmedabad. Both of them have serious problems now as they were not taken care of properly. it is about a month now but still they cannot stand on their feet. The physiotherapists here say that they should have been given ice packs earlier the problem would not have increased so much but the hospital physiotherapist did not suggest anything and moreover the doctor also did not provide us with the information as to what is to be done. They do operation at the rate of cutting vegetables and don't bother for the care of the operated patients. I SUGGEST ANYBODY PLANNING TO GO TO AHMEDABAD FOR KNEE REPLACEMENT, PLS DO NOT. THEY DON'T CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES
