Shalby Hospitals — Pathetic vaccination

On 17th June we booked slot at Shalby hospital karnavati, Ahmedabad. They we're making the registration and generating the vaccination certificate first and then the payment and at last the giving of vaccine.
Me and my husband have received the certificate but have not got the vaccination because the hospital informed us that they would not be able to give vaccine because o[censored]navailability. They asked us to visit the hospital again on 18th for vaccine.
Again on 18th, we had to come back because of vaccine unavailability. They have asked us to wait till the vaccine is made available.

So at present the situation is: we have been fully vaccinated on the cowin portal but have not received the 2nd dose.

This is not at all the right way from the hospital end to generate the vaccine certificate without getting the vaccine.
How will I get my 2nd dose? This shows how irresponsible is the Shalby hospital and it's staff
