Shalby Hospitals — Unprofessional medical staff

My mother got to Krishan Shelby Hospital at Ghuma, Ahmedabad for rehabilitation after her knee replacement surgery. Staff at this hospital are very slow and confusing. They are disconnected within internal department. As per the process they will seek multiple feedback throughout the day but will never work on your feedback. So process of gathering feedback and taking action on it is flawed.

Patient is given least care while doctors due to internal communication gaps are also not aware of ground situation. Sufferers are gullible patients.

In my opinion one may opt for surgery if you locally reside in Ahmedabad else better to get operated locally. They promise excellent service in other parts of India but those are false hopes. Do not fall for it.
