Sharedbk — Company Ran away with my Invested amount of 30000 INR

As per the company named "SharedBk" as a Electric bicycle purchasing company to provide electric bicycle ridings on rent to public in metro cities all over India.
As per their policy, I purchased level 4 property of 30000 INR, so that they will pay me back 1850 INR each day till 90 days from the purchased property date.
The company paid me back only 9000 INR and remaining amount of 21000 INR is not paid.
Now, on 26th January 2021, the company turned off their SharedBk app. The app is not in Google Play Store. They shared their app privately to each individuals, who invested amount in their bicycle property sale.
The company members communicated through WhatsApp group chat to all members.
Please help me to refund my lost amount of 21000 INR.
