[Resolved] Sharekhan — account closure pending | |
I had initiated account closure 2 months back. Nobody reached out to me in order to tell me the procedure. They rejected my form and did not inform me about it. I kept calling but nobody was able to reply to me properly. I have still been calling in order to know the progress. I have been given an ultimatum by my company, but sharekhan is not taking it seriously and giving me a lot of trouble. While opening the account they came to my place to collect the document but now when i want to close it nobody is being helpful. Was this information helpful? | |
