[Resolved] Sharekhan — amount deduction incorrectly saying shortage of funds | |||||
I have raised a complaint almost 20 days before regarding deduction of 3300+473 rs in a span of 2 days (19th and 22nd feb, 2018). I got a message that it is due to shortage of funds. As per them, i had zero balance and i traded for 57000 approx. It's seriously annoying to hear this. They don't allow any trading without having an amount. I have been using sharekhan for 11+ years and i know how system work? I did have a balance and i sent the screenshot of successful transfer as well. I am keep on getting same response that i didn't have any balance and all the amount was short. I request someone from their side to try trading for 10000 of times and see if they can trade without having single penny. Hope i get the solution this time and get my refund.
