[Resolved] Sharekhan — change of branch

Being in transferrable job, I get transferred to different cities every 2 years. I had opened my account while I was posted in Pune and I am presently posted in Ahmedabad. I have approached their office for closure of account they came with silly reasons that my account is in Pune and it can be closed only by them. So I had request them to transfer my account from Pune to Ahmedabad but it is more than a week, till now the needful is not done. Pathetic customer care service.I will request all of you not to open account with them and if you are an existing customer please try to exit at the earliest. Was this information helpful? for the date of 6 Sept 2019 to continue I put the request for withdraw my valuable Amount but after long time message received your request rejected and amount is blocked for full-day.
