[Resolved] Sharekhan — closure of account not find after 18 days

This is absolutely disappointing. We had filed a closure application with your bangalore office on 1st jan to close my spouse’s account, and we also had given a cancelled cheque for the dues. We were assured that the closure will take 7 days and by the end of 7 days we will be provided with the evidence of the same.
After about 10 days since there was no update from your team, we called up and again the same assurance followed from your end. No one reached out to us to update us regarding the status as it is a closure no one seems to be too interested.
Now everyday is a new challenge and a new surprise. I still don’t have any idea after 17 days as to how long will it take? Despite clearly explaining the urgency i haven’t got any satisfactory help from your team. I still do not know what is the exact status of this application as tomorrow never ends for your team.
Please let me know your escalation point of contact as this seems to be going nowhere and refrain from making any false commitment regarding the timelines as you are not meeting them.
