[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Convert resident account to nri or close account

Dear sharekhan. For the last two years my resident account with sharekhan has been blocked as my status changed to nri and being honest account holder did the mistake of notifying your team. Since then the account has been freezer and we are unable to perform any transaction not close it nor convert it to nri account. We have been running in circles from one branch to other with no proper resolution in sight. Can someone please have a look into this and provide a resolution. Customer id is W157355.
