Sharekhan — DI slips request pending since more than 45 days

Address:O/NO.123, N/NO. 76, PONNURANGAM STREET WEST

I am Kamal Kankani, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Had applied for Delivery Instructions slips of NSDL account with you on 1.11.2021 for two accounts. Yet to receive the DI slips. more than 46 days now. No information at Coimbatore office. Mumbai office is not responding.
