[Resolved]  Sharekhan Ltd — Complaint regarding trading :share deducted from my dp without information

Dear sir,

I have online trading account with sharekhan ltd. Having customer id no. 1762256 since last 1 ½ years.

I would like to inform you that i bought 468 shares of adanient @ 146.80 per share on 19.04.2017 on wednesday. After that it was showing in receivable. On next days 21.04.2017 that is t+2 day share was showing in my dp account that is ok.
But when i checked my account on 23.04.2017 on sunday it wasn’t showing whole quantity that was 468 only 130 quantity in my dp account, remaining quantity 338 was deducted from my account without my permission and no information. I had margin money that i can hold full quantity for t+5 days, till 26.04.2017.

Then on monday 24.04.2017 still showing 130 quantity of adanient in my dp.
Then i transferred complete amount for 468 quantity. And i called at my branch then person was saying me that you have short fall of adanient so that's why quantity not showing in your account, i said i never sold my share which i bought on 19.04.2017. And i never did intraday short sell from 19 to 24 april so how can you say that it short fall. Then he reply that on other hand client has has short sell with whom you bought and your share are
In auction, it will be settled on today and you will getback your share on 24.04.2017 at evening.

I am doing trading with broker not with directly client.

On 24.04.2017 i got my target price and i sold 130 share at 156. Which i had in my dp. I have no remaining 338 quantity so i was unable to sell them. And i missed opportunity.

On 25.04.2017 when check dp account still not showing 338 quantity, again i called at branch office he told me your settlement is on t+4day because of short sell it in auction. You get your share or amount in evening.

On 26.04.2017 i get back my 338 share but that day price down by 20%from my buying. Then i sold 338 quantity at 123 which is big loss for me.

My question is that,
1 =
If i get share on t+2day how it can be possible that automatically without information they deduct some quantity from my dp account.
2=
I never short selled how it will go to auction.
If other hand client did short sell, why i will book loss. Because i am doing trading with share khan not directly with client.
Share khan should get loss.

3=
Why they not messaged or mail about this.

4=
According to rules if i have enough money
So i can hold my position till t+5day.
So why they deduct quantity on t+3days.
N received back on t+5.

5=
Why i will pay for the thing which i haven’t done and the fault was from your side?
This is completely faults of sharekhan.

This is really very embarrassing to know about such things and frauds they do with there customers. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest because they are not replying to my queries. I want the reimbursement of the amount of rs.8500/- (Approx) in my account which they have debited by auctioning the shares which i didn’t have and done. All that they have done is illegal and without any notice or information. So i request you to kindly take some necessary action against them and help me in this matter as soon as possible because i am facing lot of problems because of this.

I got response from sharekhan customer care department regarding my complaint.

According to them they are saying that Exchange was unable to deliver share to broker that's why you have shortage delivery. The loss happened was not because of my fault and if the responsible department is exchange then would like to escalate the same to exchange and need support from sharekhan to forward my concern to respective Exchange team
