Hi i am parag save (Pan no bagps6883q) was having ac with sharekhan longback after that i had withdraw my money and submitted closing latter. Twice i had contacted on customer care dept as i am receiving messages stating my outstanding is due they told me that they will get back to me but till today no one contacted me. As i had withdraw the entire amt and submitted the closure letter why am receiving this type of messages.
Requesting you to look into this.
