Sharekhan — my sip amount not invested in the fund neither in my sharekhan account | |||
Hello, Client id: 1614868 by sonu sunny Every month i invest 1000rs via sip in bnp paribas mid cap fund on 15th. The statements which sharekhan send me every month, this investment amount of 1000 was not invested in bnp paribas midcap fund for the month of december 2017. This money is neither in my sharekhan account. My relationship manager has no idea what happened to the money. The back-end office has no idea what happened to the money. And my relationship manager is not getting a response from mumbai head office. This is a financial impact. I would like to get this resolved a soon as possible. I am checking all my statements from past 3 years and i am getting similar irregularities. But i would like to get this resolved first. Was this information helpful? | |||
