Sharekhan — No response from Customer care people..

Hi, I have sharekhan account for almost 5 years now. My account number is 1355448 .I am in touch with Customer care people for some details for my tax declaration. But they always say that they will email me the details but do not end up doing it. I do not have the Relationship Manager number also.
