[Resolved] Sharekhan — non receipt of reply on complaint | |||
I have been requesting thru email to customer care to change my email id mobile number non receipt of statement of my demat account with their memnagar branch and confusion in customer id number. I am not receiving any reply. Being a retired govt pensioner & senior citizen i am unable to reach out in person to their branch at memnagar due to severe ill health condition. I request some official to visit my residence to complete any formality if any so that i rest in peace. I m prepared to bear any cost for rendering service. I am also requesting to provide me email id of sherkhan ceo and board director which is not being provided. My first email to customer care dt 24 3.18 is self explanatory.
