Sharekhan — not allowing to update contact details

I raised a complaint and sharekhan didn’t provide any satisfactory response after i provided my contact details. Previous complaint with details can be found at: https://www.consumercomplaints.in sharekhan-not-allowing-to-update-contact-detail-c2437944 I have a long standing account with sharekhan and now unable to access it due to a mobile number change and my cmc is repeatedly getting rejected sighting signature mismatch.
