We requested the representative at puducherry to send us a demat form to dematerialize the share 200 numbers of nlc india limited.
They send a individual form after two months from request. We furnished all the details along with the materialised documents.
They returened the parcel to our address without any description about the error in the document.
We called the representative but no response from them.
Finally we came to know after few days that the form which was sent to us was wrong one. A joined account form is to be filled.
We requested the representative by calling him to send a fresh form. There was no response from them. It was about two months this happened.
