[Resolved] Sharekhan — significant increase in account charges due to changes made by sharekhan | |||
As understand from sharekhan team on dec 20th 2018, my old account account (Kasturben kanji shah) was closed on july 30, 2012 and new account (Kasturben kanji gosrani was opened on july 12th, 2012. This was to update last name of this account.in this process my account was changed from tariff tc 100 (Original setting of my account) to tariff tc 101 by sharekhan team without any instructions from my side. This lead to significant overcharging on my account since 2012. On learning the above, i had requested sharekhan team to investigate and share with me all details around changing of my account from 100 to 101. Also as mentioned earlier, all overcharging on my account since 2012 needs to be reversed with immediate effect. Still awaiting sharekhan to revert back to me with details and reversing of charges despite several follow-ups. Request someone to take immediate action on this else i would be forced to escalate this to regulators. Was this information helpful? | |||
