[Resolved] Sharekhan — trading in a/c by backend staff without consent | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Please find the entire details pointwise and datewise 1. My dp a/c with sharekhan was opened on[protected]Cust id 2082265) by mr. Prasad kadam (Contact - [protected]). 2. I transferred rs.8000/- from my saving a/c to this dp a/c for doing equity transactions on the same day. 3. On[protected] fno transaction was done in my dp without my consent. 4. Mr. Prasad on same day called me and informed, "we have done one nifty transaction in your a/c, we tried calling you but it was not reachable, and you have got 1500 profit in this" 5. I replied stating that i have never done fno transaction, i only use equity segment, please guide me to use sharekhan app and help me to understand the transaction'. 6. Since then, i had been following up with mr. Prasad but he either did not pick up my calls or give me falls assurance to visit me next day. 7. So, i called up sharekhan call center[protected] on 04-10-17 at 04.10pm and put a complaint against prasad. 8. Then on same day i got a call from mr. Abhijit pawar (Contact-[protected]) and apologized for bad services, then he assured that i can call him for any queries further and forget prasad. 9. I then repeated the same request for training me to use the sharekhan app and fno transaction done in my account. 10. On[protected] mr. Ganesh awale (Contact - [protected]) called me at 12.40 pm and explained me about equity transactions, then i tried buying trident share (100 qnty) but i was unable to do so stating i dont have enough money (Limit was only rs.199/-) 11. So i informed mr. Ganesh awale abt this, he said i can not check your acc, your rm can do so, otherwise give me 1/2 hr time i will call you back'. 12. But as usual like the other staffs of sharekhan he did not turn up. 13. So i tried calling abhijit, he also did not pick up my phone. 14. So finally as frustrated consumer again i called up your call center on[protected] and registered a complaint against both mr. Prasad and mr. Abhijit. 15. Thankfully call center employee ms. Vaishnavi khona wonderfully explained me the sharekhan app and all transactions. 16. I told her that i do not want fno transaction, and i want my 8000/- back so that i can use the same in equity. 17. She replied i can not use my 8000/- as its not available now and there was no profit of 1500/- as explained by mr. Prasad on 1st day (I have lost my 8000/- for no reason) 18. So getting very angry i told her to take mr. Abhijit on conference call. Mr. Abhijeet on concall told me give me 10 days time, if there is any loss we will recover it. I warned him about putting a consumer complaint against both and to solve this issue. 19. Within 15 mins i got a call from mr. Prasad, stating whatever wrong has happened, he was not a part of it as his job is to just open the acc but he will do the follow up and will return my money in 10-15 days and requested me not to close my fno segment. Now, this is the worst experience with sharekhan and who is responsible for my financial loss of rs.8000/- and my mental frustration. Was this information helpful? | |||||
