Sharp India — AC complaint not attended

I had lodged a complaint of my split ac on 9th aug 2016 and the complaint number given to me was 718731. I was being told that engineer will attend the complaint within 24 hrs. But till today no body has attended the complaint. I again reminded your customer care on 13th august 2016 he gave me assurance that complaint will be attended today itself. But no one came. I didn't expect such a worst response from such a reputed company
