poor service for service of refrigerator & replacing part

    Bread Maker PE-105-CS

    I purchased Sharp Bread Maker model PE-105-CS from croma on 6 march 2021 and it got delivered on 10 march 2021. Today my bread pan seal broke and when I called customer care they have told me that the bread pan will need to be replaced and the cost is 2646.

    This is totally unacceptable to me. Paying 1/4th the purchase cost for a machine part a year after the purchase does not speak too well about the machine which was purchased...

    I have purchased Sharp TV on 11th dec 2019 for Rs. 52000. Its been just 2.5 years completed and the display is burned out. Black shades all over the screen. Since the warranty is for 2 years, the Sharp or the Reliance digital (where I purchased) can’t help. The replacing cost of the panel is Rs.50000 which is almost the same cost of TV.
    Very poor quality of products from SHARP. I thought SHARP is a trustable company but fully disappointed with this. Never purchase or suggest SHARP anyone. Thanks for the worst experience ..!!

        Our sharp split AC is not working. we have registered complaint on May 3rd with 3 follow ups (on May 18th and 21st) but no action has been taken. then we emailed them on May 21st and got the auto reply but no one called/responded yet.

              Sir, i have purchased sharp a.c 2 years ego. now out door unit is not working. i noticed it though customer care minimum 10 times, they replid me our executive person will contact you.but till today nobody call me.really i frushted. i think buy sharp product was my great fault.never i will purche any sharp product.

                            I am SAJANAN. I have bought a sharp LED TV from reliance digital Thrissur on 12/06/2019. And the TV got damaged before 4th month of 2021. Because of the second wave of Covid 19 we were unable to file a complaint against it at that time. After the lockdown we directly file a complaint against sharp LED TV to reliance digital. But till now, we don't have a response from them. And it is very ridiculous to have a display complaint on sharp LED TV by a 2 year o[censored]sage. Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
