We usually used to purchase only LG products because we never had any break down for any product. But in our last purchase we actually gone for LG only but the guarantee given by the sales man of better performance with low sound than LG we purchased Sharp AC. But from the beginning itself we had problems with this product and 2 times we got to call service center and they came and rectified the complaint. But now its been 4 days that we are not able to use this AC and when today the technician came and checked he is telling that the complaint is of the board and it has to be replaced and it will take time also. I never expected such a low quality product from an international brand like sharp and really disappointed with this purchase. Expecting a proper reply with the reason for such complaint and I need an immediate solution for this.
