We have a sharp split ac and we created a complaint ticket in their call center with the number 179908. After many days 2 people came and said that gas needs to be refilled, they took the visiting charges of rs.450/- without giving a receipt even though i insisted. They said that the another guy will come after a day for refilling the gas and will give the receipt. I would like the company to take an action or i will take it to a different level and make it quite ugly for you people.
