We are facing isue with our SHARP AC from past 2 years and we are not getting service from our dealer from whom we bought the AC.
Also we have raised multiple complaints with Sharp Customer care agent and there is no response from them.AFter a week they automatically close our complaints.
This is very bad with Sharp Image.
I would want you take strict action on this and help us with the service....

I've got a complaint regarding Sharp Refrigerator . Tried many time contacting the customer care but not worked . Shelf like plastic positioned on the side door of refrigerator have been broken . Please do something as soon as possible to fix this becouse I am not able to completely use the fridge now due to this ....

Display of the TV has distorted completely. Tried multple times to contact customer care number given in warranty card, but was not connected.
TV is still in warranty period.

I had lodged a complaint with Sharp Customer care on 16th Jan 2021, to send a technician to repair my refrigerator as the food compartment was not cooling properly. Accordingly, I was given the above complaint number by them. I was told that the technician would come in 3 days but till 21st Jan 2021 nobody turned up, so I called them again on which the customer support informed me that they are escalating this issue. But again nobody turned...

One girl called me and sent me some forward msg through whatsapp and again sent me agreement to sign on it and asked send my aadhar card photos front and back...

The tv I had bot sharp aquos, it's screen is bleeding water... Thr r droplets of water coming out of the screen. The whole screen is spoiled but picture is running in background. Tv display not working, but sound is good and working properly. Flashl;ight test succesfull, i got picture on screen by flashlight....

I had complaint my refrigerator on14th aug in your customer care and next day your technician has visit there and checked it, they told me your censor is not working properly and gotta change the censor and you will be pay rs.3000 that's it and i said ok.
Next day he visited and change the all censors, and after two days again same problem i'm facing with my refrigerator again i called your team again...

Refrigerators model SJ-PT66R-HS is not cooling. It is out of gas.Its been happening since a month and we are not able to handle this problem.
