I had lodged a complaint with Sharp Customer care on 16th Jan 2021, to send a technician to repair my refrigerator as the food compartment was not cooling properly. Accordingly, I was given the above complaint number by them. I was told that the technician would come in 3 days but till 21st Jan 2021 nobody turned up, so I called them again on which the customer support informed me that they are escalating this issue. But again nobody turned up.
So, again on 22nd Jan, I called up customer support but again the same reply that they are "escalating" the issue.
Today, i.e., 25th Jan 2021 when I again called up customer support, I am told that since nobody has come, they are "Escalating" and the Senior Support Executive is not available now and would call me in 24 hours.
This is nothing but sheer harassment by an MNC to their customers.
I request you to take up the matter with Sharp and arrange to send an qualified technician asap "without charges" and also pay me compensation for the mental harassment.
