Disappointed with Carrier India's service. Lodged a complaint on July 25, 2025, for my AC (not cooling, gas leakage). Technician from the company's Authorized Service Centre for East Delhi/Vasundhara Enclave - Royal Service Centre, visited on July 26 and charged INR 708 as visit charges assuring that there was a cooling gas leak issue and another team would follow, but no repair team followed up despite promises. Calls to technician Asif and service center owner Istakar go unanswered. Customer care only confirms charges, no resolution. Mail to MDs office on 28th July also has no response. This is unacceptable. My customer relationship Id with Carrier is[protected]. Please help.

      I am reaching out to you regarding an urgent matter concerning the recent purchase of a Carrier AC unit through Amazon in October 2023.

      Despite being a loyal customer of the Carrier brand, I am deeply disappointed by the experience I have encountered with the product and the customer service provided thus far. After only three months of occasional use, the AC unit ceased functioning properly, emitting hot air instead of cooling the room as expected.

      Upon contacting your customer service team to place a service request, I faced significant challenges in reaching a representative due to technical issues on your end, prolonging the process unnecessarily. Despite persistent attempts over several days, it took multiple follow-ups to finally have my request acknowledged and processed.

      Subsequently, a technician was dispatched to assess the issue, and after a week-long delay, it was determined that a gas refill was required. However, even after the purported gas refill, the AC unit continues to malfunction, failing to provide the cooling performance expected from a new appliance.

      I have diligently followed up with both the technician and their manager on numerous occasions, expressing my concerns and seeking a resolution. Unfortunately, the responses received have been evasive and unhelpful, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided.

      As a loyal customer of the Carrier brand, I hold high expectations for the quality and reliability of your products, as well as the professionalism of your customer service team. The current situation falls significantly short of these expectations, and I am left with no choice but to request the replacement of the defective AC unit with a new one. Any help to solve this would be highly appreciated in this regard.

        I'm an owner of a Carrier split inverter air conditioner which was due for its second preventive maintenance service, so I booked a service call. The service personnel were so incompetent. One of them aggressively water washed the outdoor unit while keeping the air conditioner on which resulted in a power outage in my room. Since none o[censored]s could diagnose the reason behind the power outage, the service personnel left the house and asked me to call an electrician.

        After the power came back on, my air conditioner stopped working because of the water spillage. I've contacted Carrier care and they told me they replace the PCB as soon as the spare parts arrive, but it is taking too long.

        The serviceman, his manager, and the department that tracks the PCB order are all avoiding my calls.

        I need the PCB changed as soon as possible. Please help!

          Hello sir/madam,

          This is nandhini from hosur, tamilnadu, India regarding about a dishwasher I purchased from midea on the below I attached the warranty and invoice bill copy for your reference.

          Dishwasher is not working from Feb 7th 2024. It shows E1 error means inlet issue. We called to the customer care and they assigned Mr. Hari technician he came on 8th Feb and he checked the inlet valve and said can't find what's the problem. After that he said we need some other equipments to check the problem. So we will send other person tomorrow. On Feb 9th morning no one has called me for service. So again we called customer care to raise a complaint. I received message at 5.49pm. Mr.senthil Kumar assigned as a technician. So I called to that number. He said that he will be coming on Saturday 10th Feb 2024 11.00 am. After I argued something we kept a full stop and he promised that he will be coming on tomorrow 10th Feb 11.00 am.

          Today morning my husband called him and asked for when you are coming???? He is not attending the call. After I called from my number saying that don't call me hereafter. I need to switch off the phone before of your call. Today I can't come. I am in temple Nagapattinam. So hereafter don't call he is saying and talking so rudely on me. Saying that you can see someother technician on your own. His behaviour is so bad on customer. He is not attending the call after that. Finally I checked in demo bill. he is the manager of green mount air branch hosur dealer. He is speaking that much rudely on me. Really I am so hurted because of this. I purchased the product and I am getting these words from the dealer. It's not fine. Kindly do the service or need a replacement. It's in under warranty period. Kindly concern higher authority person get into this matter and do the needful

            This is to bring to your kind notice that 6 Nos. of 4 TON & 2 Nos. of 3 TON Tower AC (Carrier Midea make) were installed at our premises.

            The error code "EC" is displayed in the front screen of Indoor Unit of AC . On further inspection we noticed that Outdoor unit and indoor unit was not working at all.

            The Model No. is MCAF48RSC2 and Serial No. is[protected]

              I am Nishikanta Das, staying at Janakpuri, New Delhi brought New Carrier AC on the month of 24 Jun 23 from M/s: Kapila Electronics Pvt Ltd., Janakpuri, New Delhi and was installed by Carrier's Service Partner M/s: Friends Care, Plot no-24, Sitapuri, Near Dabri Police Station, New Delhi-110045.

              Sorry to Say, within 2 months AC is not cooling properly and the technician allotted by Carrier Midea India Private Limited told there is a internal manufacturing damage in copper pipe. When I raise a complaint at Service Centre they told to contact with the retailer (Kapila Electronics) as this there responsibility to replace and the same response got from Retailer that the responsibility is lying with Manufacturer (Carrier Midea)

              It is really a worst service from Carrier Midea as well as the un-matured behavior from the service partner M/s: Friends Care who installed the AC.

              If any ac buyer is reading this DO NOT BUY CARRIER AC.

                The issue is there since 6th August, 2023. Today is 24th August, 2023 and no resolution. All the executives, and specially the supervisor Nikhil and his boss Tahir are just useless people. Tahir specially is always busy(god knows with what) as he has been a complete failure in resolving my issue.

                  Dear concerned authority,

                  This is with greater regret to write that we bought 2 units of Carrier - 1.5-ton 5-star Flexicool Inverter Split air conditioners in June 2022.

                  On 5th August 2023, we had requested a service of the unit. Since it was out of warranty, it was a paid service. After service was performed by technician sent by the company, there started a constant noise in the indoor unit. There was no noise at all before the service was made. The engineer who visited agreed himself too that there was no such noise.

                  With this regard, we complained again on 7th August 2023 and the same engineer visited our office on 8th August 2023. Now he says that there is a problem with a motor and that needs to be changed, we would be charged for the part. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When there was no problem at all and after the service performed by the company's engineer, this issue is started immediately, why should the customer pay for new motor? The contact number of engineer who performed the service is also available and payment receipt too.

                  I would therefore like the company to verify the status and do the needful to solve the problem. There is a constant noise and it disturbs the employees to concentrate on their work as noise level is quite high. The customer care department also did not support the condition.

                  I, therefore, kindly request the concerned authority to look into the matter seriously and very urgently as it is making greater difficulty at our workplace.

                    Hi Team, I purchased carrier AC it's just 2 months old and I am facing issues with cooling and software issue as AC starts even it's switched off from remote. I have placed complaints one month back and called multiple times initially they closed complaint without any visit. Then again placing complaint they send a technician who said there's gas problem and other person will come but now it's been almost 10 days we have called multiple times no one came to visit.                       Hi Team,

                      I regret to inform that our carrier AC has been facing issues for more than 2 months now.
                      we had initially registered our complaint on 16th May with transaction no[protected] where our AC stopped cooling and was giving PC error on display.

                      We got a technician from carrier who told us its because AC require cleaning, we had informed multiple times that the cleaning was done by a local technician 15 days back but he stated thats the issue and charged us for cleaning.

                      After the cleaning too the AC wasn't performing well and we were told that its because the voltage has been low at that time (it was 220-230V).

                      After observing for 2-3 days when we didnt see any improvement, we logged a complaint again and it was again assigned to Mr Pankaj Kumar on 23rd May, 2023, he visited and this time informed the gas seems to be leaking and we need to refill the gas.

                      He checked all leakage and refilled gas and we were charged again for the gas.

                      Our AC worked fine for few days but again decreased cooling and now it stopped cooling at all for a week. we had called carrier couple of times sent numerous emails and they keep registering the complain but we havent received any technician complaint id[protected], customer relationship ID[protected].

                      Kindly address this at the earliest.

                        I have logged a complaint on their toll free No. on 17th Jun 2023 vide complaint no.[protected] but nobody is responding and post checking they claim to order the parts and now even a representative from Carrier I.e. Tabish Thakur is highly non responsive and fail to meet his verbal commitments twice in last one week.

                        Their service partner called Raghuvanshi is having highly unprofessional level of Employees and they are so rude and harsh to customers. Just not interested to deal with them.

                        Looking to escalate the matter to Carrier Top management so that they get to know the kind of worst level of services customer gets post buying their products.

                        Looking forward to have immed resolution if you cal help.

                            On March 20th I registered Service request for an E6 error code in Washing machine.
                            At First Service person said that Some inlet sensor was an issue and he ordered some parts from the company and waited for 20 days and
                            again one more service person came and said that Drum is the issue and again he said he ordered some spare parts related to drum.

                            I have repeatedly called customer care for the past 60 days but still there is no resolution from anybody..
                            20 days ago I also spoke with BSM Mr Irfan ([protected])
                            He said it will be resolved in 10 days maximum.

                            But now 20 days after his commitment, nobody has visited, nothing has been resolved..

                            Now I want to know whether the company will resolve this issue or I should throw this machine out of my home..

                              I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repair/replacement of my Midea appliance under warranty. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, I have encountered significant delays and lack of proper assistance, leaving me with a malfunctioning appliance.

                              On 14.04.2021 I purchased a Midea 1 ton 3 star split Acfrom your esteemed brand, which came with a 1 year warranty on product and 5 warranty on Compressor. Unfortunately, after only 2 years o[censored]sage, the compressor of the appliance stopped functioning properly. As a loyal customer, I promptly contacted your customer service helpline and initiated the warranty claim process.

                              To my dismay, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The authorized service center failed to address the issue within a reasonable time frame, causing great inconvenience to my household. Moreover, they informed me that although the compressor needs to be replaced or repaired, additional gas charges would apply, which they claim are not covered under the warranty. This came as a surprise, as the warranty clearly states that all repair and replacement costs are to be covered by Midea.

                              I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take immediate action to rectify the situation. My warranty clearly indicates that the compressor should be repaired or replaced without any additional cost to me, including gas charges. I believe that as a customer who has placed their trust in your brand, I should not be burdened with unexpected expenses for a faulty product.

                                The company has refused to install the AC citing useless reasons. Previously, split AC was installed at the same location and many other ACs are installed in the same locations. Already three days are wasted.

                                  Its been 2.5 months since we raised a issue and spares were ordered for a brand new machine purchased end of Oct 2022. We have no response from anyone despite calls and messages to Midea Service Center in Ernakulam, Kerala. Mr Irfan who is supposed to be in charge of dept doesnt have an answer or courtesy to respond to our woes. The spares that were ordered were the wrong one and again had to be reordered, Joby, the technician said. With 7 members at home and loads of clothes haveing to be washed by hand is not fun. Lack of service is appalling and we need a proper response and solution to our problem ASAP. I feel pathethic that companies as big as these are allowed to get away with such complacent attitudes. Lack of leadership is what can be said. We need a resolution to this issue. That's all.

                                    Midea washing machine purchased through flipkart has given troubles so many times with errors E10, E, 30. Technician visited to our home and gave silly reasons everytime. 1.DUST
                                    2.ANTS
                                    3.WEATHER
                                    4.WATER FLOW FORCE etc.

                                    Recently 20 days back, our washine machine had issue with drum.I complained to midea customer care. My transaction no.[protected].

                                    Same technician visited our home again and placed order for new drum.

                                    Yesterday he called and asked money from us to repair the machine though my machine has comprehensive warranty mentioned in flipkart invoice.

                                    It has been 20days i am suffering with issue with my washing machine but response from carrie midea technician is not proper.

                                    Please resolve the issue with our washing machine.
