My double door fridge not working from last week. It has gas problem. Mr. Shantosh fil gas four times. But still the problem same. I complained too many times to sharp india. But they are unable to solve the problem. Please rectify my problem mother take it back.

        I have purchased tv on oct 21 and found that to be restarting all y itself. Complaint and the tech updated the software. However complaint again and again for same issue and every time tech promised to come and no one visits. I have already sent the video of tv getting restarted to tech and manager there. Still no response.

        The reason i went for sharp was for the name it holds in the market never thought when it would be india it would pathetic. When i bounght the tv they said for 3 year any issue it would fixed in a day and now just 1 month and i am feeling sorry to be falling in trap of sharp.
        It a hard earned money being given to you and i would really want that you take some corrective steps on same.

        Kindly live upto the name you have in market. I would be using all possible platforms to show that i am being deceive for service and product.

          We purchased a tv from sharp 2 months ago and now there's a fault on the screen already. There's a big line which keeps changing its position every time you restart the tv.

          The line was hardly visible in the beginning but it has been increasing constantly.

          Considering that the display/screen of the tv is the most important part of the tv which is faulty in ours, i would like the tv to be replaced to be sure that we won't have any issues in the future.

          I would request the company to replace my tv as soon as possible as it has hardly been any time for the product to go faulty. If this is the case it is very difficult for customers to trust the brand and buy its products.

          I look for assistance as soon as possible on this matter.

            I brought a 40 inch hd tv from reliance digital. Within six month from purchase date tv's has display problem, i complained, company take time for one month to repair. That was pannel problem. Further within one month same problem arises. This time i complained, 4 technicians visited but failed to repair.
            This time i don't agree with your company for further repair, i want replacement with new one.

                      The inspection was done by the technician of sharp service center rajahmundry after i had lodged a complaint on 4 sep 2019 tole free no.[protected]. Since then, no followup action has been taken place. After 15 days, i have contacted their regional manager mr. Ali in hyderabad, he said i need to have technical report on defective compressor. But he has not yet initiated as i have enquired from service center rajahmundry. The warranty period of the said item will be up to 17 dec 2019. I am an old veteran army officer and a case of osteoarthritis unable to move here and there. Therefore, i request you to take an appropriate action in this regard so that, the defective compressor will be replaced at the earliest. With regards, subbarao. Juvvala. E, mail subbarao.                         This comp was registered on toll free no.[protected]Sharp india) on 4 sep 2019, its no. Is 1008118. Companies rep inspected the ac and found that the compressor is not working and it needs to be replaced he said. The compressor is within the warranty period i, e, up to 17 dec 2019 and so, he took photoes of original bill and warranty card. Later, he said those photos have been fwd to concerned authority for the replacement process. With the paucity of fortnight time when i received no response i again contacted mr. Ali regional manager sharp, hyderabad. He stated that he would look in to this matter later on. After four days when contacted he said; the bill was hand written. The vender told me there is no issue if it was hand written or printed. Any how a printed bill was issued to me and the same has been fwd to mr. Ali. Even then he says i will take action on my own.                             I have submitted a complaint to delhi rohini branch by searching the number online.. I requested submission at ‭[protected]‬. Thers a repairer name azad with no. ‭[protected]‬. He said condenser is not wotking would need to replace and no gas. He took 7k and it was workig fine for a week. Again same issue no cooling. Called again but he dint pick. I want my money back or i want to get my ac repaired. I am waiting for a revert from your side or else i will be sending an email to the customer court.

                              I am a loyal customer of sharp appliances.

                              It is with much grief i am lodging this complaint.

                              I had booked for a service of my refrigerator on 27/06/2019. I received a confirmation msg from sharp saying

                              Case 1005820 of your product sj-pk45g-bk will be attended by m/s. Trichur electronics services, mobile no[protected]

                              I waited for two days... But no-one turned up. I contacted the no. Given in the msg. And mr. Rajesh answered.. He came the next day.. Said it's just a minor issue with the freezer bulb... Fixed it... And charged rs.100. And left. Afew minutes later the bulb was not working. So i contacted him at once... He said he left town and would come next day... Again i waited for two days... When i called.. He would not answer the call.

                              On 06/07/2019 i contacted the local dealer who booked the service for me. They acted promptly and made the service centre call me. I explained the situation and they promised to send someone else soon.. And again no one turned up.

                              The refrigerator is not working properly.. And unlike mr. Rajesh said.. It's not. A minor issue with the bulb.. The food substances are getting stale and the odour is unbearable.

                              Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  One Inverter model Split AC make SHARP AUX 18PET purchased on 15.09.2015 from dealer M/s Harman Refrigeration, Ranbir Marg, Near Police Post, Model Town, Patiala (Punjab). But the same was giving problem from since 2018 and in this regard I approached to the above dealer and in the last year its compressor was replaced with new one on 20.10.2018. But the same is not functioning properly, the undersigned again visited the dealer and he shown his inability to provide the service as he told that the company has stopped the manufacturing and closed their office/service centre at Patiala. I would like to express you that I have made a blender mistake to purchase product of your company as there is no any service after sale. Due to scorching heat and more than 45 degree temperature; it is not possible to live without AC. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue as expeditiously as possible; otherwise I have no option to file a suit against the company as well as dealer.

                                  After sparking noise it's not start now
                                  I lodged a complaint regarding above on tollfree no.[protected] on 18/07/2019. Cmplaint no. 1006601. it was forwarded to SUBHAM ELECTRONICS, KANPUR, U.P., INDIA.They did not attended it till today (20/07/2019). I contacted them on phone but no avail.Please do the needful.

                                    Ac is not at all doing cooling even after being on for 3 to 4 hours, make a zero ventilation in room and is making it suffocating for the person sitting this problem is since 15 to 20 days and I thought it might work somehow or might be because of weather but it still isn't working properly I need a mechanic or engineer as soon as possible, please make sure to resolve my problem

                                      Hi,
                                      We bought sharp 1.5 inverter technology split air conditioner almost 2 years back and took full precautions like coating on coils (With extra cost paid to sharp ac installer) etc. We purchased it about in rs. 47, 500 rupees and with installation, stabilizer and coating, we spent about 51, 000 rupees.
                                      But all in vain, it works properly for only one season i. E. 3-4 months.
                                      Next year sharp ac's service people told that gas is leaked. We get it refilled. After 3 months it leaked again.
                                      And now when we called them for repairing, they say that the ac's coils are damaged and will be get repaired in approx. Rupees 11, 000.
                                      This is ridiculous. We don't expect such things from a big brand like sharp.
                                      Kindly do the needful.

                                        I have called up the guwahati service centre of sharp regarding my problem of ac. The people from the service centre visited my house checked the ac and took away some parts for repair. It has been more than 2 weeks now and they haven't reverted back to me. Whenever i call up to enquire about it they either don't pick up the call or even if they do they say they will get back to us as they are busy at the moment but that never happens. Please look into the matter and help me find a solution.
