We bought a sharp a/c an year ago, which encountered a defect in motor and requires replacement. We lodged a complaint on 6th of june 2017. Since then there has been just one visit by your technician dated 10th of september 2017. He assured us that the faulty motor will be replaced in no time as it's in warranty period. After 2 days we recieved a call from the same person that the motor has been recieved at their service centre and they will be replacing it soon. But since then we haven't received any response from their end. We tried calling them and sharp customer care numerous times but in vain. Then again we recieved a call yesterday that the motor is at their service centre and they will send the technician at our convenience. We told them that we want them to send the technician right away and as early as possible. Also, they assured us that they are forwarding our details to the technician and the latter will call us same day itself. However, we haven't received any response till yet.
Please be advised, it has been more than 4 months since we lodged the complaint and still no resolution. If we would have known about such infuriating and incompetent customer service of sharp, why do you think we would have bought any of your products and/or recommend it to anyone.
Please take this matter seriously and forward it to the concerned department asap. We are hoping the same will be resolved today itself. Please call the undersigned for any further clarification.
