Sharp India — Fault in AC due to lacklustre attitude of Company Representative | |||
On March 19, 2015, we had called for our free service to be done on our Sharp AC. The service person who visited claimed that there is no need for cleaning of compressor and left. Complaint number 556966. On June 20, 2015 our AC stopped cooling and water started dripping from the cooling unit. We registered a complaint and another service person visited us today on June 23, 2015 and told us that it is mandatory for the compressor to be cleaned. I would like to ask you aren't we supposed to trust the service person from a brand like sharp? We had to pay Rs. 4000 because of the lacklustre attitude of the previous service person Was this information helpful? | |||
