I have purchased sharp inverter ac from dealer in Hyderabad. Since the day it is not working well. So many times complained.. but not solved.
1. Low cooling
2. Sensor and remote not properly working
3. Buttons not working in remote.
Sensor not taking aignals
The service engineers have visited and simply telling that there is no problem. The simply go away without proper attention. I strongly in opinion that the sharp has not focußes on after sales service. Being a good brand, in India there are sharp gains also. But not concentrating on after sales. The service agents quality is not satisfactory. Completely trained personnel should be appointed. I hope sharp will lead in coming years the air condition industry. Only negligence and not focussing in the issues. Lack of customer support are the key failures. Hope better tomorrow.
