Sharp India — No response for my washing machine service

There is a leakage in my washing machine, i have given umpty number of complaints, none of your technicians turned up. It has been more than a week since i have given a complaint. Neither your bpos responding properly nor your technicians responding properly. How long should i wait for your response. Planning to purchase another brand washing machine if i don't receive any response from you.
