[Resolved] Sharp India — only spring option is being enabled

I am venkateswara reddy. My washing machine is not working properly since 5 months.
Complaints:
1. Timer is not working properly (Anable to set time)
2. It is shifting to spring mode as soon as we set it to wash mode (Wash mode is not working)
Sometimes it is working properly and sometimes it is not working properly.
It is causing a lot of trouble.
