I have purchased a sharp washing machine model no: es-fl55md-b on 10/12/2015. Now, the machine is not working. I have logged complaint with the customer care several times and the service agent visited my place for 3 times. Still the issue is not rectified. They said that the drum needs to be changed and is currently unavailable with them. I have been waiting since last 2 months for a response from their side. But nothing happened. I have spend the money for the machine so that i can use it, not for keeping it as an unusable junk.
Please note that i couldn't use this machine for 1 year properly and this issue happened from the guys who came to install the machine. They forgot to remove the setup which they made so that the drum will not be damaged during transportation. After installation, i started using the machine and the drum is damaged.
Will i get a solution for this issue??
