I had been using a fully automatic washing machine of your company for about past 4 years. Few months back i was having some issues with it (Leaking of water from pipe during wash) reagarding which i have registered a complained to your customer care executive on 19 march 2017. My complaint no is "2290410". Then a guy from your service center had visited my house at the same day and took the machine with him saying that it cannot be repaired at my home and had to be carried with him. Now its been about two and a half month and i dont know anything about my machine if its been repaired or not.
After that i've contacted your customer care executive many times but they only said that they will forward a mail only. And the guy from the service center who took the machine gives only false promises like "machine has been repaired and will be send this evening or tommorrow".
Sir/madam its been a long time and your company has given me a lot of inconvenience, and i request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
If my washing machine needs more time to repair than provide me some alternate machine untill its being repaired. Was this information helpful? |
