We are having sharp refrigerator as referred above but suddenly in april 2016 cooling effect started fluctuating, some times too chilled that all vegetables started getting iced. Sometimes no cooling and all vegetables started smelling very soon no cooling. We made a complaint to the service centre faridabad, person came twice and did patch work, saw the bill and expiry date but did not changed compressor in spite of our reminder and assured only that things will be alright. But as felt nothing improved thereafter. We fade up by calling service centre sharp customer care mr truman, mr tyagi due to several time of giving calls... After attending service it did not stablize even for a few days and as lay man we only kept chasing and giving ring. One fine morning they came after a gap of 2 months on again reminder and confirmed that compressor will have to be changed. I said change it but he said, it will cost you for new compressor as date of warranty expired on 10.10.2016. I said why cost when you were rectifying my fridge problems since april 2016 and all of sudden after expiry of dates for a few days you started charging for new compressor.
Till today no action done by your service centre, mr rehman and mr tyagi. I am trying to contact them they do not pick up call. We complained also to sharp customer service [protected] vide complaints no 723713 etc but no use no action till today. I am requesting to change my compressor immediately and no chit will be accepted by deliberately making expiry date over and then asking to replace compressor at cost. We write now for immediate action failing we will approach consumer court for all time loss and cost will be on your account please note it.
