I am a loyal customer of sharp appliances.
It is with much grief i am lodging this complaint.
I had booked for a service of my refrigerator on 27/06/2019. I received a confirmation msg from sharp saying
Case 1005820 of your product sj-pk45g-bk will be attended by m/s. Trichur electronics services, mobile no[protected]
I waited for two days... But no-one turned up. I contacted the no. Given in the msg. And mr. Rajesh answered.. He came the next day.. Said it's just a minor issue with the freezer bulb... Fixed it... And charged rs.100. And left. Afew minutes later the bulb was not working. So i contacted him at once... He said he left town and would come next day... Again i waited for two days... When i called.. He would not answer the call.
On 06/07/2019 i contacted the local dealer who booked the service for me. They acted promptly and made the service centre call me. I explained the situation and they promised to send someone else soon.. And again no one turned up.
The refrigerator is not working properly.. And unlike mr. Rajesh said.. It's not. A minor issue with the bulb.. The food substances are getting stale and the odour is unbearable.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
