I purchased the above ac from sathi traders, sodpur pin-700110 on 30th apr 2014 for rs 45500 vide invoice no: st/bl/75/04/14-15 dated 30th apr 2014.
The ac stopped cooling on 14th aug 2017 (Within 2ys 4 months), which i complained on their support helpline on 16th aug 2017 vide docket no: 184015.
Their technicians from local franchise helpline attended the problem and after 2-4 visits they confirmed that the outdoor pcb was defective and this was an inherent problem of this model and the pcb was not in stock and it will take not less than 3 months for this part to be available.
I inquired from different sources and all confirmed that this was an inherent problem of this model and many cases are pending due to not availability of this part. I mailed them several times for repairs or replacement of the product but no positive response from their end. I contacted their manager of this zone who also could not confirm the date of availability of their part and it would cost around rs14000 1/3 the price of the product. Then i contacted their noida office over telephone and the gentleman on the other end also confirmed that the part was out of stock since may 2017 and could not confirm the date when it will be available.
Now due to this problem and excessive hot temperature which was creating health problems, i was bound to purchase another ac for rs 42000.
Now my question is (1) who will be responsible for the additional expenditure due to their poor after sales service and poor quality of their product.
(2) why they will not replace/repair the product free of cost since the problem is in their design.

Purcased from khosla electronics pvt ltd, sodpur - 700110, invoice no: k7024/1718/01278 dated 16/9/17 for rs42000.
